The design process begins with a programming study, which is a fancy term for figuring out what you need in the way of office space -- the number of exams rooms, physician offices, nurse's stations, size and layout of the waiting area, etc. 

To maximize effectiveness, we go a step further by assessing a deeper level of detail:

□ What is the most efficient exam
   room size?
□ How many and what type of
   cabinets do you need in each exam
   room?
□ Do you want a private bathroom?
□ What appliances do you need in
   your break room?
□ How can we most efficiently locate
   your nurse's station?
□ Can we effectively utilize alternate
   records storage?
□ Will you have enough space for
   expanding your practice, adding a
   new physician?
